Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order, you're securing the fabric by making payment upfront before we get it from the manufacturer.

We will provide an estimated time for availability/shipping within the product listing details. Please note that this is an estimate provided by the manufacturer, and thus is subject to change. Typically, the manufacturer will notify us if they expect a delay. In this case, we will communicate this information to you via email. We unfortunately do not have control over the arrival date from the manufacturer. We will ship the fabric as soon as possible once it arrives from the manufacturer.

In case of significant delays or missing fabrics, we'll promptly inform you via the email you entered at checkout. Please ensure it's a valid email with no errors, as this is our main form of contact.

All pre-order sales are final.

If you order any in-stock items with a pre-order, all items will be shipped under a single shipping label with the pre-order once that fabric arrives. If you would like in-stock items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders.
