Refund and Order Cancellation Policy

Non-returnable items:
Downloadable PDF products (quilt patterns) cannot be returned nor refunded. No exceptions.

Refunds and Replacements (if applicable):
In the rare scenario in which you have received a defective/damaged product (fabric), we will provide a full refund for that item. To be eligible for a refund, please send an email to bearhillquilts@gmail.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the defect(s). 

Once we have reviewed the issue and approve eligibility, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card/original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

We will accommodate a request for replacement of a damaged/defective product (fabric), pending sufficient inventory. If we do not have a sufficient quantity of the item in stock, you will be issued a refund for that item instead. To be eligible for a replacement, please send an email to bearhillquilts@gmail.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the defect(s). Any costs associated with fulfilling a replacement request, including shipping via USPS, will be covered by Bear Hill Quilts.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges on physical products (fabric).

Cancellations:
Pre-Order Items: We do not offer cancellations for pre-order products. 

For in-stock items, we will honor a request to cancel an order if we are notified prior to cutting/processing your order. Please contact us as soon as you can at bearhillquilts@gmail.com if you wish to cancel an order for in-stock items.

Please note because most fabric is cut to order and unique to each customer, we are unable to honor a cancellation request for items that have already been cut/processed. Thank you for your understanding!
